- If you like to journal or meditate add this into your existing morning routine
- Be easy on yourself! This isn't about perfection, this is cultivation of a practice
- Notice how you feel each day, what is coming up for you
- HAVE FUN!
Each day you will receive a reminder email to open your 21 Day Morning Hypnosis Challenge! If you don't see your daily email please let me know, it may be in your spam file, you can also access your daily program anytime by just logging into your Teachable account.
Each recording will be released at midnight UTC or GMT. If you don't have access to your recordings each day by the time you wake up, please notify me right away so we can troubleshoot.
